Cancellation terms

Individual rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the date of the event, up to 8 days before the date 50% of the accommodation price is due, thereafter 80% of the accommodation price.

In case of no-show without notification 100% of the total invoice amount will be due.
If the rooms can be rented to another party, the respective cancellation fee will be waived.

Cancellation of group reservations up to 30 days before the date is free of charge, up to 20 days before the date 50% of the accommodation price is due, thereafter 80% of the accommodation price.

In case of no-show without notification 100% of the total invoice amount will be due.
If individual or all rooms can be rented out to another party, the corresponding cancellation fee will be waived.
